Chris O’Donnell (TV’s NCIS: Los Angeles) and screen legends Gene Hackman (Mississippi Burning) and Faye Dunaway (The Thomas Crown Affair) star in this gripping suspense thriller based on an explosive John Grisham (The Gingerbread Man) novel. O'Donnell stars as idealistic young attorney Adam Hall who takes on the death row clemency case of his onetime Klansman grandfather (Hackman). With just 28 days before the execution, Adam sets out to retrace the events leading to the crime for which his grandfather was convicted. As the impending death sentence looms closer, Adam works quickly to uncover the family's history for any hidden clues. In a white-knuckle series of twists and turns, Adam discovers deceptions and dark secrets that ultimately lead him to the startling truth. Directed by James Foley (Glengarry Glen Ross) with a screenplay by William Goldman (All the President’s Men) and Phil Alden Robinson (Sneakers). The top-notch cast includes Robert Prosky (Thief), Raymond J. Barry (Year of the Dragon), Harve Presnell (Fargo), Richard Bradford (The Untouchables), Josef Sommer (Witness), Jane Kaczmarek (D.O.A.), Millie Perkins (The Diary of Anne Frank) and sports legend Bo Jackson.
