An honest, independent-minded Los Angeles cop and his crew discover a sinister plot at work while attempting to bust drug traffickers. Brian Dennehy (F/X, Gorky Park) stars as Frank Daly, “The Last of the Finest”, a vanishing breed of cop who takes his work and honor seriously. Frank is forced to turn in his badge when his investigation of a drug ring gets too close to a sensitive government operation. Only a band of rogue cops lead by Daly will go outside the law to battle a ruthless alliance of smugglers, arms dealers and government agents. Fighting on their own terms, they follow a trail of drugs and weapons that leads to the highest levels of government. Top-notch direction by John Mackenzie (The Fourth Protocol, The Long Good Friday) with a stellar cast that includes Joe Pantoliano (The Matrix), Jeff Fahey (Body Parts), Bill Paxton (One False Move), Michael C. Gwynne (Payday), Deborra-Lee Furness (Angel Baby), Pamela Gidley (Cherry 2000) and Xander Berkeley (Candyman).

Blu-ray Extras Include:

Audio commentary by Steve Mitchell, producer-director of King Cohen, and film historian Nathaniel Thompson
