The con is on… place your bets! Get ready for the next Sting! Those incredible con men are at it again and setting their next scheme in motion. The Depression is over and everybody wants an even bigger piece of the action. It’s twist after twist as Jackie Gleason (Smokey and the Bandit), Mac Davis (North Dallas Forty) and beautiful Teri Garr (Mr. Mom) try to out-sting both Oliver Reed (Burnt Offerings), a notorious gangster previously stung by this group and now out for revenge and profit, and Karl Malden (On the Waterfront), a local racketeer. It’s the con to outdo all cons and someone’s finally going to get stung... but who? Screenplay by David S. Ward (The Sting, The Milagro Beanfield War) and directed by Jeremy Paul Kagan (The Big Fix, The Chosen).
