Ilenka has come to visit Chile with Wil, her American boyfriend, and to meet up with Ana, her childhood friend. The three decide to hike up the El Morado in the Andes, but an accident forces them to turn back and search for help. When they stumble upon the isolated cabin of a goatherd, things turn worse than any of them could have imagined and they find themselves kidnapped, locked up, and subjects to a sociopathic set of macabre games.
