A SECRET AGENT IS KILLED! AN INVINCIBLE CYBERNETIC AGENT IS BORN! When beautiful secret agent Delilah (Kim Cattrall, TV’s Sex and the City) is killed while working undercover against a powerful international arms dealer, Paul (Billy Zane, Titanic), her handsome control agent and would-be lover, races her lifeless body to the agency’s top-secret experimental laboratory. Five weeks later Delilah emerges a virtually invincible cybernetic super-agent equipped with high-tech robotic body parts. With Paul’s help, she learns to harness her incredible powers for her ultimate mission: to stop a terrorist from buying enough plutonium to build a nuclear weapon. The seller turns out to be the same arms merchant who ordered Delilah killed! Directed by Richard Franklin (Link, Psycho II) with a teleplay by Ron Koslow (Lifeguard), based on a story by Koslow and Robert J. Avrech (A Stranger Among Us). Co-starring screen and television legend Diana Rigg (On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, Emma Peel of TV’s The Avengers).
